On 13th January 2008 the Blackfeet Lodge performed an Indian Prayer to 'The Talking Leaves' followed by 'Journey to the Spirit World' by Buddy Red Bow, for Avril (Hawk Woman) who is in the Sue Ryder Hospice at Nettlebed, Oxon,  this was at Avril's special  request and her family was invited to join us. "When we go to another place, we erect the tipi and live there awhile, when it is time to move on we take down the tipi and place a feather where the tipi has stood, it is the only sign that we have been there."

Today 16th January 2008 Avril has placed  her last feather.
